Return & refund policy

Thank you for your purchase from Dell Aquila Empire LLC. We hope you are happy with your purchase of our premium algae products from Algas de Origen SRL. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us as outlined below.

Please read this policy carefully. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Return & Refund Policy.

1. Returns

a. Return Period:

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

b. Eligibility for Return:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unopened and in its original, sealed packaging.

In the same condition that you received it.

Undamaged and unused.

Due to the nature of our products as consumable food-grade items, we cannot accept returns of any products that have been opened, used, or whose packaging seal has been broken, unless the product is proven to be defective or damaged upon arrival.

c. Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Hello@algasdeorigen.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for where to send your package. Returns sent without an RMA number may not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., we shipped the wrong product).

2. Refunds

a. Timing of Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

b. Partial Refunds:

A partial refund may be granted at our sole discretion in the following situations:

The item is returned in a condition that does not meet the “Eligibility for Return” criteria but is still resellable.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

c. Non-Refundable Items:

Opened or Used Products: As stated above, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any product that has been opened or used.

Shipping Costs: The original cost of shipping is non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging and shipping your orders. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [Insert Customer Service Email] within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide your order number and photos of the damaged/defective product and its packaging. We will evaluate the issue and, if validated, will provide a full refund or ship a replacement product at no cost to you.

4. Product Quality & Health Disclaimer

Our algae products are natural commodities. Variations in color, texture, and aroma between batches are normal and do not constitute a defect.

IMPORTANT HEALTH NOTICE: Our products are dietary and nutritional supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. If you experience any adverse effects after consuming our products, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. We are not liable for any individual reactions or health issues.
